The food is ok. Its usually a fairly quite place to eat, when I go. I wouldnt call the food more than fair to acceptable, but I go because a friend likes it. He considers them to have lots of vegetables, but I find the vegetables he refers to are usually either beans, potatoes, corn or something fried or otherwise smothered in fat. I usually dont go to restaurants expecting to eat healthy, though. Still, I like the more quite atmosphere. The people that work there are extremely nice too, and that makes a world of difference between them and a lot of other places. So I guess, I probably pick to go on occasion just for the people and quite laid back atmosphere. I wish the food was better though.
Simply Good. This is the type of place where good food facilitates good conversation. My chicken breast smother in cornbread dressing was a real plate licker. Just plain tasty. Taking lunch at such place along with a few co-workers was relaxing and uninterrupted by helpful servers, blathering TVs or blaring music. I think a traveler through these parts are certained to their enjoy meal.
