  Cakes. I have order several cakes from Chris. The cakes are good but for the last 3x they have mess up on my decoration . Whenever a man takes my cake order it’s never what I ask for.I order cake Jan 2015 for a b.d. Party n da decoration was nuthin that I ask for . I explain to him 6x and he still got da order incorrect .On my receipt it seated exactly what I wanted n it was completely wrong.

  The BEST CAKES!!!!!. I’ve ordered birthday cakes every year from Chris Bakery- they have been very flavorful, fresh, moist and overall delicious!!!!!!!! The quality/design is always superb! They are often very busy- but they are very good with taking care of ur needs promptly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for cakes!!! Their donuts are delicious and breakfast (grits, eggs, bacon) was ok- id recommend

  The cakes are top quality…absolutely delicious and beautifully decorated. Awesome designs and custom cutout cakes. But everthing else is just ok…Not a big fan of the donuts, there’s not a big variety, and once they’re out, they don’t make more. Food is ok and sometimes take a while to be cooked because cakes and donuts seem to be top priority. Customer service needs much improvement. Waiting time can be ridiculous…even just to pick up a pre-paid cake.

  First visit, was HORRIBLE!!! waited 35 min. for grits n eggs. While i was waiting several ppl came in saying their order was wrong. They’re more focused on pastries orders than food orders. I won’t be going again

  Nice design on cakes. I used to go to Chris’ Donuts fairly often. The designs for their cakes looks really professional. I don’t care for the taste of it. It is very light. I prefer Antoine’s or Gambino’s. Although everyone at my job loves it, I never could fall in love with it. They do have really good donuts. On a daily basis, they never have enough donuts besides regular glaze (never jelly glaze or cream). If you buy milk or anything refrigerated, be sure to check the date before you leave. The other day I went and asked for a chocolate milk and I wondered why the cashier was taking so long to get it. I assumed she was just organizing the milk. It didn’t dawn on me until I got in the car and was already driving and actually tasted the milk that I realized it was spoiled. 🙁 I was so disappointed because I was a regular customer of theirs. I didn’t have time to bring it back because I had to be to work but I feel like she went out of her way to try and get rid of spoiled milk. Instead of losing out on a few dollars of spoiled milk, they’ve lost a valued customer. That happened about 6 months ago and I haven’t been back since. 🙁

  Ordered two birthday cakes for my niece & son, her Selena Gomez cake was big, beautiful, n delicious! But my son’s was not the toy story cake I wanted! It was plain, just colored n they misspelled his name (Gary) wit a D n was upset with me cause I asked them to change the letter, as if I didn’t pay $131 for it, REALLY!!! the Guy has a really nasty attitude…
