Disappointment with no apology…. It was a Mother’s Day fiasco… We expected busy. And Longer than normal wait time… But we were not prepared for the poor service, lack of kitchen preparedness, and lack of concern by management! … After driving an hour and a half… It was such a disappointment and without apology, we certainly know that we will never return again!…
Awesome!!. Bring your wallet and prepare yourself for the most decadent food you are ever going to put in your mouth!! I had the surf n turf which included the best filet mignon, cooked absolutely perfectly, that I have ever eaten, and I am definitely a steak expert! The seafood stuffed mushrooms were also the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is cozy, although a little loud with a full house, but that’s to be expected. This has become mine and my wife’s new favorite restaurant!!
Superb dining pleasure. Thank you Brianna for great service and customer satisfaction. Everything from our crawfish balls in sweet and Louisiana spicy sauce to the seafood AuGratin to the Louisiana ambiance would rival New Orleans finest. Make sure you mark this in a dining spot while in Louisiana and the New Roads, St.Francisville, Jackson, and Baton Rouge area. You will thank yourself.

Such an awesome atmosphere! The food is great and there is something on the menu for everyone! Whether it’s a tasty steak, Seafood pasta, or one of their signature fish dishes, there is something to please every palate! Also, they have awesome weekend specials that’ll be sure to keep you happy!
My boyfriend and I don’t eat out much, so when we do… I really look forward to it. I ordered Turtle Soup b/c it’s hard to find at most restuarants n the restuarant where I use to order it is no longer open (the Oxbow) :-(. Anyways, it wasn’t nearly as good as The Oxbows n I wouldn’t order it again. I couldn’t put my finger in it but something tasted berry different than what I was accustomed to having at The Oxbow. I can’t remember what my bf ordered but he wasn’t very impressed either. His plate just tasted ordinary yet was fairly expensive. The service was great though
Horrible experience. With the restaurant half empty, and with reservations they wanted to seat my wife and I in the bar, which was totally unacceptable. They refused to offer us a table in the dining room. Poor poor management and customer Service.
