Great food. Nice staff. Please fix the paint peeling and neon sign issues. They offer such wonderful food with a beautiful view but need some minor cosmetic fixes.
We had a great meal here. We enjoyed the Sensation salad, steak salad, shrimp and eggplant au gratin, and diver scallops with Gouda grits. It was all very good. The scallops were awesome. Service was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The view was great, too! We’ll be back!
I can’t imagine where these folks have eaten! It was Saturday night at 8:00 and we were one of 3 tables in the place. Very poorly decorated, paint peeling from the walls in the dining room. Brightly lit to highlight every flaw, and there are plenty. The server was very friendly, and efficient, as I would hope being her only table. The food was just not good, we didn’t spit it out, but it was not good. Especially when I got my bill of 70 bucks before tip for 2 of us. I really wanted this place to be good as this was a special night for us, we drove from baton rouge, but it just wasn’t. I won’t be going back.

A very good Grilled Shrimp Sensation Salad with a hint of bleu cheese. Service was good and dining overlooking False River was a bonus.
THE MOST AMAZING RESTAURANT IN NEW ROADS!!!!!. I love this restaurant!!! You will too!! I have never loved a restaurant but if I did, this would be the one!! I feel like family when I eat here and the place is filled with loving, warm and friendly people!! It must be the food because when people leave here they are happy and they come back for more, over and over again!! I left feeling completely gratified and the portions were perfect!!! Not to much and not too little!! I love this place!!! Couldn’t give it a better review!!
