Best server: Laurie. Worst server: Ingrid. N the evenings alot of the time there is only one server and one cook, and even if they’re doing their best, its not very good. Most of the time it’s pretty obvious they’re not trying at all. Ive seen them taking personal calls even when you’ve signalled them. On a positive note, the evening cook does do well, just slow. We watched as it took an hour to even start our food. I don’t plan on going back unless it’s in the morning. I don’t have any complaints on them at all.
Simple, good cheap food. Wait staff always been great with us. Cannot go at busy times.. You will have long wait.
This restaurant had a period of time when the service and food left a lot to be desired. The last time we were in, though, was quite different . The staff was extremely attentive and the food was delicious. I don’t know what caused the turnaround, but I am pleasantly surprised.
What type of freaking sit-down restaurant doesn’t take orders over the phone???? I give these guys a big fat F for customer service!

Lousy Service. My wife and I went to the Huddle House in Pineville, LA. this evening about 6:45am and sat at a booth for more than 30 minutes watching the only waitress who saw us go in and sit down take orders from several customers that came in after us. After about an hour of sitting there we decided to leave. The waitresses mother was clearing the dirty tables and the cook was serving half her orders. As we were leaving 2 other customers who had their orders made wrong twice already left out behind us. This place use to have some of the best and most courteous waitresses I had ever seen. Now you’re lucky to be greeted with a hello much less getting waited on.
Horrible wait staff. Didnt expect much and didnt get much.. had to walk out, because they said the food would be over an hour to get… we over heard them telling the table behind and then confirmed with the waitress… they had plenty of workers, but they were too busy talking to their bf’s that stopped by… and they look at you funny when you look at them like why arent you working!!!!!!!! Maybe new managment would help!
