Decent Prices, Good Food. Good food, not great. Prices comparable to Yucatan (the one on 28 East in Pineville), but you get better food & better portion sizes at Yucatan. Staff is usually friendly & most are bilingual…which makes me wonder why they mix up orders so frequently. Convenient location when in the Kingsville area.28 Mar, 2015Shrimp Chimichanga. This is a great place to eat. Friendly staff and the food is awesome. It’s awesome even when you order for pick up.Super satisfied with Los Portales of Pineville, Louisiana!!
Nasty. The food taste like old sink water. I also, has a large black object in my guac and the waitress said it was the seed from the avocado. But isn’t the avocado seed hard? The object that came out of my guac was soft. This place is nasty.

Best in Pineville…. But that’s not saying a whole lot. The food is good. I always enjoy the fajitas or quesadillas, and their queso is wonderful.However, the service is often questionable and, as one reviewer said, they seem to be very proud of their food and the prices show it. Six dollars for a medium take-out queso and it doesn’t even come with chips.I said the queso’s good, yeah, but it’s not *that* good.
Eat here. Never had a bad meal. Try the yellow corn tortilla chips. The waitstaff all speak English & Spanish. The guacamole dip is only fair.
Not very good. Food was overpriced and didn’t taste very good. Service was slow, ordered cheese to go with $20 plate of fajitas and was charged $1.75 extra.
