Great food, great prices. I have never had a dish here that I didn’t love! The prices are hard to beat (especially at lunchtime) & are comparable to Los Portales (near the Pineville Walmart). Portions are usually on the large side & when you order your meal to go, they don’t cheat you! I love that I don’t have to drive all the way into the busier parts of Pineville for good food. Service is generally quick, always friendly, & the atmosphere is very festive, very colorful. Restrooms have been very clean every time I’ve visited. Bad Food, Worse Customer Service. I had the unfortunate experience of ordering takeout here and did not bother to open each plate and check order. I had a shrimp tostada that consisted of pico, shrimp, and red sauce in a bowl, no tostada or sour cream. The tamale was cold, hard, and mostly breading….Called to let them know and was asked to drive back and get the main ingredients of my meal, when I told them I could not as I was back at work they offered me a discount on my next order…REALLY If you were to add up what was missing and buy it separately, that would be over half of what I paid…This place should come with a warning label.
