Hot & fast.. Vu has the best breakfast value along the Harvey Canal Corridor. His location changes as the morning progresses. He begins the day (5:30) at the corner of Engineers Rd & Concord Rd, and works his way towards 4th St., on Peters Rd. Hot breakfast plates include Eggs (fried, or scrambled); Grits, and your choice of meats. He’ll also grill a mean pork chop. Breakfast sandwiches are scrambled eggs on toast, with cheese, and either Bacon; Ham; Sausage (Link; Patty, or hot patty) – or all three if you desire. He also does lunch items, such as Burgers; Hot Dogs; Shrimp Fried Rice, and more – all available during breakfast! Don’t forget to grab an iced down beverage to wash it all down.
