Consistently the best BBQ in Ruston. We only have a couple restaurants worth going to here, and Brister’s is definitely one of them. The only problem is how crowded it gets during football season.
Pork was dry. Brisket was good. Cole slaw had no taste. Not the best but not the worst. To much money for the little bit of food we got.
Ribs, pulled pork and brisket here are to perfection!!! Glad it was recommended!! Thanks for a great experience! The former mayor was there also greeting us as we walked in! What a friendly environment!
Simply lay one of the best sandwiches I had in a while. Bread was warm. Pulled pork and sauce was just right. Added slice of pepper jack chees melted !!!! Wow
