Jawbone and Jolene, gypsy blues musicians here.Not from here, a visitor for a short time. I have sampled Cajun cooking a few different places across the nation and this here is THE BEST I’ve had. How can you get better than this? Answer you can’t. This is on a plane of its own. We came in at the end of Sunday rush and we were waited on pretty quick considering. Wife just wanted a mimosa which she thoroughly enjoyed. I opted for iced tea, a cup a gumbo, and a half po’boy- soft shelled crab. Food arrived in very good time. Gumbo made me wish I had a tub full it was so good! Po’boy was HUGE and I had ordered a half. I can’t imagine eating a whole one at a sitting! All flavors were very well balanced. I ate the whole thing somehow. It was so good I could not stop until it was gone!Y’all get a shout out on my blog page!Thanks for a great real deal Cajun meal! When we come back through we’ll be at the door!
