Casual nothing fancy place. Shrimp and fried fish were wonderful. Fried oysters wasn’t great. Didn’t taste fresh. The crab cake had way too much breading. The waitress that served us was really sweet.
I love their fried catfish, no need to drive to Manchac. I had a steak once and it was awful. I would stick to the seafood it is always consistently good.
My husband and I had an enjoyable lunch here. The service was friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. I had a fried soft shell crab po-boy, and my husband had a fish and shrimp platter. We look forward to returning.
Very casual dining. Service was excellent. We Saturday outside and our food was very good. Fried shrimp and chicken with green beans were the best. Be sure to get some fresh onion rings. Our only complaint was the apple cobbler.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this restaurant, but it is just an average eatery. The decor is boring, the wait staff is very friendly, and the food is OK. Just nothing outstanding. I go across the road to LaFrenier.
