I like the old-time, hang-out bar feel to the place (been open since the mid-1920s), and their fried seafood is really outstanding. I can’t think of any complaints. The place is simple, and one would fit in with cut-off shorts and a t-shirt.
Whenever I need to let loose and enjoy sometime with friends, I make my way to Bullys halfway house. The food is wonderful, the brews are cold and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend the bloody marys there, best in Louisiana.
