Napoleon’s Bakery has changed hands since all of these reviews were done. It’s worth checking out. Everything I have tried is delicious. I especially like the cachitos – a Venezuelan treat – bread wrapped around smoked ham and bacon and baked in the oven – YUM! The cakes and pies are also a treat.
Best customer service I have seen in a very long time.. This place is a little gem in our area. I called them asking if there was anyway possible I could have a chocolate birthday cake later in the afternoon on the same day I called. I just knew I would have to settle for a box store cake. To my surprise they were so nice asking me if having it ready at 2pm would work for me. I could not believe what I was hearing. When I went in to pick it up, it was beautiful. I saw some scones in the case. I asked if they had more. She told me that was all she had but if I would like order more or a specialty scone she could have them ready for me in the morning. Talk about service! Since that time, I have gone back to purchase several items. Again, doesn’t matter if I spend 30 dollars or 5 dollars…they are just the nicest people! I don’t want to forget about how everything from the cookies to the cream puffs are just fabulous!
