This is a consistant favorite of mine. Whenever I crave steak, I head to Anthony’s. They are well-seasoned, tender, and reasonably priced. I also love their salad bar with the hommade potato salad and that amazing Peppercorn Ranch Dressing. The waitstaff could be a little friendlier and accomodating. I tried to bring a group there for my birthday several years. Each time, the staff acted like they wanted to scream, cry, and kick us out because we wanted to split the check four ways. It really caused tension on my night and insulted my guests. Needless to say, my birthday tradition was moved elsewhere and we haven’t had an issue since.
Fabulous steaks and lovely ambience. The marinated crab claws are very meaty and delicious. I’ve read other reviews that complain about pricing, but I would prefer a better meal with a better environment for which I am willing to pay. Just the perfect amount of food to not feel too full or uncomfortable. Delicious!

We love eating here! Best steak in town, even compared to Superior’s, and the potatoes au gratin are delicious. We always have good service and a pleasant experience.
Cussed at Restaurant. I have been going there since the place opened. Although you are told what you can get on their lunch bar, your are watched & hovered over to make sure you get what you are supposed to. The group I work with have commented on that more than once. A group of us went there for lunch, we walked in and the waitress sighed & looked disgusted to have more customers. She told us that lunch was over at 1:30. It wasn’t quite that time yet & one of the ladies I was with told her they needed to change their website because it says 2:00. The owner asked what did she say & very loudly said (we aren’t changing s*#t.) Nothing was demanded of them & they didn’t offer to seat us for any food. The place is portrayed as upper class. You don’t talk like that to your customers. It was all around crappy on their part. None of us will ever go back. I can get treated better at McDonalds.
Horrible, awful, no good!. Worst meal ever. The crab filling in the stuffed chicken was heavily seasoned masking any crab flavor and the chicken was dry. The catfish was greasy and didn’t taste fresh. We went in having not eaten all day and therefore looking foward to a nice meal. We couldn’t stand to finish the catfish so we shared the chicken. The salad bar was acceptable and the background music was nice and low keyed. I have come to realize that the owner attacks those who post negative reviews; too bad he doesn’t learn from them and try to improve.
