Poorly managed. Unprofessional and terribly slow service. We were not greeted or seated by a host or hostess. We finally convinced a waitress to give us menus. She was surly and unpleasant. She then disappeared. Meanwhile the manager, in view of some patrons including our party, begins arguing with servers. We asked several times if we could place our order but to no avail. We finally left without ordering. I had been to this particular Applebees before and had an adequate experience with food and service. I dont think I will return.

Stood in the door to be seated for 15min, then heard the (I assume) manager yell at her staff to seat us, and still stood there for another 10 min before walking out. Definitely need new staff. Why is good service so hard to come by in this town? I’ve sworn off ALL Applebee’s now, I have never had a good experience no matter which one I go to. All I ask is to be seated and get the correct, correctly cooked food.. that’s it!!
