My sister and I were shopping and decided to try this restaurant. I can say that I will not return to this establishment. Food very expensive and not good food. Waiter not good at all.

This place is a joke… I really don’t see why people continue to eat here.

Such a let down. We came here for a friend’s birthday and it was nothing I expected. The atmosphere was amazing it was gorgeous inside and outside. The service was very good considering we had decent sized group. The menu had some great options but was disgustingly over priced. Three very small tacos, a little rice, and a few beans for $13. The avocado was fresh and delicious, being Spanish I like dry rice but not as dry as it was, the Pico DE Gallo was way too spicy, I ended up just picking the avocado and chicken out of the taco because the pico was so hot. According to the menu there was supposed to be queso fresco on my tacos and there wasn’t. A girl we were with asked for no onions in her dish, there was extra, someone got the completely wrong meal. I generally like the nachos that it’s cheese, meat etc on each individual chip but looking at my friend’s nachos they looked sad and not good at all. I was really let down here, not a single person liked their meal, at least the chips and salsa were good.

Overpriced, average food and questionable service. It’s been a while since we’ve eaten here but I doubt we’ll be going back anytime soon. First and foremost the place is overpriced. Plain and simple. I suspect you’re paying for the atmosphere because it’s definitely not the food. We called ahead and made reservations. They let us know the only spots they had available were on the patio. No big deal. It was a relatively nice day ( a bit humid) so we didn’t mind. We got there and they had our table in full sunlight with one side of the table looking directly into the sun. When we sat down on complete side of the table couldn’t see because the sun was glaring right in their faces. So we asked could we move to another spot, which there were two open spots that could fill our party easily. The hostess acts like she couldn’t move us. So we asked were those empty places reserved? They weren’t so why couldn’t we go over there? We finally had to point blank tell the girl that we weren’t sitting in the sun period. So move us. We finally got seated, ordered food and enjoyed our time together. But like I mentioned earlier, the menu is overpriced for the quality of food you get. Nicky’s and El Chico’s Mexican Restaurants serve equally good food for cheaper prices.

Pricey, Food Good, Service No. Cantina Laredo… fancy place with a great, modern atmosphere. I’ve tried the salads on multiple occasions and found them to be quite tasty. I prefer the traditional enchiladas served at other locations in town to the ones at Cantina Laredo. Please be wary if you go with a group. The service tends to be very lacking when it comes to group settings. Other tables may get served over yours, even if you’re getting drinks and appetizers.

Come when I visit S’port. Top shelf Margarita’s are good. Menu has Southwestern bent. Better than most southwestern style spots in LA. 7 out 10.

Had dinner at CL tonight. The service was top notch! Cameron sat us at our table even though he wasn’t the host/hostess then he came back by maybe two minutes later to get our drink order even though he wasn’t our server.. I’m a huge foodie and an excellent tipper. I asked Cameron if he would mind taking care of us like we were his call party, he gladly accepted. Great menu knowledge, kind, receptive, not over bearing, attentive, and entertaining! Thanks, Cameron!
