Never again. My last time at Chili’s. Seating is an issue – ladies, if you are larger than a size 10, (or have an enhances chest) expect to spend time trying on your booth. It might take several moves to find one you are comfortable in. We didn’t even stay to eat this time. It just wasn’t worth it, the food isn’t worth all the angst.
Excellent experience. Great service with great food. recommend requesting Alex to be your server, when I advised what my diet was limited too, he quided me thru the menu like a pro and served excellent food like a professional would.. Remember ask for Alex.
Won’t be back…couldn’t even get seated at a table correctly….hostess looking like a deer in the headlights…no one around to even help her and they weren’t busy!!!

Chilis Shreveport. I absolutely love the the service and the current cleanliness of this location compared to the Bossier location and compared to Cheddars. The service has greatly improved over the past few months. I am a long time patron, so I have seen changes for the best. If you had a bad experience, you should try cheddars to realize that Chilis is really a great place. The workers aren’t making real money, so you can not expect perfection, but you do get above average here..
Awful service and dirty. Recently it take more than 3 times to get hot queso – being congealed means it is cold for crying out loud. The food is average with a good price point.
