Waitress needs to be retrained.. We went to the Shreveport location before the dinner rush on 3/24/15 and had the worst experience ever. My wife ordered a soup as an entree and received it right after the order was placed instead of with the rest of the meal so that we could all dine together. The soup was cold to the touch as if it came out of a refrigerator. I ordered the sampler then was informed that Chili’s no longer has loaded potato skins (really? Stupid move), so they gave me skillet cheese fries. The fries were cold and the cheese on top was hardened (even the skillet was cold). My son got a chicken flatbread that he gets almost every time, yet this time he says that its so sweet that he couldn’t eat it like it had sugar poured on it.
Worst service ever.. Last time for our family. Poor waitress wasn’t trained. The food was over an hour late. All our meals came at. 4 different times. Mine was not correct. Husbands cooked wrong. Just not good at all. They ran out of several items at 6:00. Dinner time !!
