Food bad and service is worst. We contact the restaurant because we were not satisfied with our order of TSO chicken, Orange chicken and Hunan chicken. The TSO chicken looked and tasted the same as the orange chicken. The peas were hard and looked freezer burned. Instead of allowing us to return the food the guy was rude and yelled. Horrible customer service. I will never order from this place again! Money wasted. Lost customer.
I’m not sure why the Chinese food in Shreveport/Bossier is so mediocre. I know we don’t have a large Chinese population, no China Town, but I’ve had very good Chinese in tiny Midwest towns with zero ethnic populations of any kind. China Dragon is somewhat typical of the local takeout places. Same menu, no surprises here. Food quality is equally typical, edible, hot but just not great. I’m guessing a good portion of business is spillover from Ichiban. Not sure why either place stays open…
