Very fast service. Food is addicting
Close to work/Good Food. The food is really fresh, and prepared when you order where you can see. They are very friendly and it looks to be clean. I have ordered the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, and it was very good. A good bit of spice, plenty of garlic sauce and a large portion of rice. More than I can eat in one sitting. The Hot and Sour Soup is a little thinner than I prefer, but has a good flavor with a little heat. Overall, it is good, fresh, and reasonably priced.
Under-cooked chicken. Had some under cooked chicken in my lunch today. not too thrilled about that. make sure the food is cooked all the way if you are getting take-out, esp for your kids!

Flavor. I love everything I have ever tried of their menu options. I just feel that that the gravy / sauce they provide doesn’t complement the dish. It has too much ginger. The egg foo young I grew up with had a sauce with much less or no ginger. We love their egg foo young, we just prep our own mushroom gravy with green onion after we pick up our food. That is what I grew up with from any other asian restaurant I have ever eaten at. Otherwise. they are the bomb.
Woking the wok. I noticed that China Legend was celebrating their grand opening, and I was excited to sample their cooking. The menu includes a variety of delights with fair prices. I ordered a veggie stir fry and steamed rice. The vegetable pieces were a bit large, but the food was competently cooked to order. I’m happy to welcome China Legend to the neighborhood. For those of us who live in the Ellerbe Road area, China Legend offers a convenient location and a broad menu for take away. I suspect I will be a regular customer!
