Stay away from this Chipotle. How can a restaurant that sells Mexican food be out of chips, wheat tortillas and peppers on a weekend? The staff is apathetic to the point of being comatose. Definitely will never return here.
The dirtiest and slowest Chipotle on the planet. Holy cow, this Chipotle is both dirty and slow. That’s a bad combination, because it gives you plenty of time – while you’re waiting on an employee to decide to make your burrito, or even acknowledge your existence – to look around. Locally sourced ingredients really aren’t that impressive when they’re scattered all over the dining room floor, dripping out of overflowing trash cans or withering in steam trays that should have been refilled two hours ago. The last time my wife and I ate at this location, when she asked for the dressing for her salad, an employee THREW the container of dressing at my wife’s tray. It landed in her guacamole, which went everywhere. The four employees who were just hanging out watching one person make the food and work the register just stared at us. The level of not giving a damn at this restaurant is amazing, even admirable in some ways. I have been probably 4-6 times since they opened. Not once – not one single time – has there been ice in the ice dispenser. That’s sort of incredible. I realize that it’s a chain restaurant, but the Chipotle marketing machine works hard to make it seem like something that’s a step up from your average chain. Some locations of Chipotle do feel better than your average chain, but this one doesn’t. It kind of feels like a step down.Get rid of whoever is managing this location and start over. It’d be nice to be able to enjoy eating here.
