I was once a fan but this visit has changed that. While our server was pleasant enough, the lack of care taken as we sat for well over half an hour in a half empty restaurant waiting for our meal with zero interaction was inexcusable. When the food did arrive I was so disappointed in the quality of the fish and presentation I sent it back and did not eat, this is the first time EVER I’ve done this. For the prices charged this level of service and quality is not acceptable. It’s very telling that a manager did not immediately check on this situation and in fact never came by the table nor were they evident anywhere on the floor. Others at the table experienced dry, over cooked fish and small portions with no salad or bread included and nothing offered during a ridiculous wait.
