Husband wanted the Friday fish platter (there was a picture of it). He was informed that it was actually fish nuggets, and if he wanted fillets he should order the higher priced platter. Fish was over-cooked. It came with 3 hush puppies, nothing special, just fried cornmeal basically. My chicken and dumplings had 2 trashy/fatty pieces of chicken, and dumplings were gummy. Food took a long time to come out and the place was not that busy. I’ve been to better Cracker Barrels.

First time customer I was please with their service. I was seated by a hostess with barely any wait time on a busy evening. Marilyn was my waitress and she greeted me with a smile and took my order. she gave me samples, brought out my food and refill my drinks timely. checked up on me and akways had a sweet smile. will return next time in the area.

Cracker Barrel isn’t even prepared to have breakfast ready when the store opens. I went to Cracker Barrel on 7/5/2014 with my parents. It took 45-50 minutes to receive what food they did have ready to be placed in front of us. Pancakes were ordered and they were burned. I know why they were burned it took 45 minutes to receive the freaking order. The next item was the Old Timers Breakfast. The eggs were overcooked. Where they were suppose to have a liquid center it was completely solid as if the cook just doesn’t know how to cook eggs. The last item was the Biscuits and Gravy. Now this item we didn’t receive. Would you like to know why…well because THEY HAD NO FREAKING GRAVY READY AND IT WOULD TAKE A FREAKING HOUR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tell me is that good business sense. I am being completely serious. Because to me if you open for breakfast then ALL BREAKFAST ITEMS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well I cancelled that order and got a fruit bowl that had 3 pineapple chunks, 4 strawberry halves, and 7 blueberries. The fruit was old and shriveled up. It wasn’t edible. I ended up going to Wal-Mart behind your restaurant to get a suitable fruit bowl. The waitress on the other hand was rude and it felt like she just didn’t want to be there. She always slammed down the drinks (spilling the drinks) and slamming the plates to almost breaking them. This is horrible. This is the worst Cracker Barrel I have ever been to and since it is the only one closest to me then I won’t be going back. It was horrible from the time we sat down to the time we got up!!!!!!!!!!!! The shift manager wouldn’t even show his face to the customers. Want to know why I know that well I overheard him say he wouldn’t. Seriously since you won’t have a decent restaurant here just shut it down. This one sucks.

Beware. This is the WORSE Cracker Barrel I have ever been too. Food was awful and the service was even worse. Don’t expect anyone to check on you after you get your meal. They are too busy gathered up in the kitchen.

Still the Best Breakfast in Town. Can’t beat the breakfasts there… and they are the only game in town if you are craving chicken livers… wish it wasn’t such a drive, but probably a good thing for my waist line that it is!

Terrible. We visited the local Cracker Barrel on Westport in Shreveport last evening. There were 7 of us in our party. We waited at least 15 minutes after being seated to give our meal selections and then were waitng almost an hour only to be told that there was a mix up with our orders. This by no means was our first visit to this particular Cracker Barrel but it may well be our last. I brought up the situation to the manager on duty but were basically ignored. This Cracker Barrel has steadily offered poorer service over the time we have been in the area.
