Great atmosphere, good staff, but gonna suck dthat’s where this dressed up long john silvers fails to deliver. Drove 12 hrs to get crawfish in Louisiana, easy task? I think not drove to 2 places that don’t exist, finally end up at crawdaddys where the staff shirt says whoem heads, that coupled with the picture of a crawfish boil led us to believe we might score. Nothing fresh, fried tails tasted strictly like fishy fish, the kickers had the same fishy taste and the etouffe, while edible was a pale orange, not the rich, cooked for 45 minutes roux it should be made with. Im guessing can or plastic bag and oh yeah, last but not least, draft beer was served at about 50 degrees.
