I have eaten here a few times and Cush’s is pricey for what you get, but it is still pretty good. I usually get the Chicken salad on the Jalapeo bread or the tenderloin Caesar sandwich. The wife usually gets a salad and she always enjoys them. The staff has always been friendly and attentive.
Quaint little place often frequented by locals in south Shreveport. Most say the chicken salad and the poboys are the bomb. The chicken salad in avocado half is good and the poboys are decent but both are rather pricey considering what you get (8 shrimp on a poboy) Don’t get me wrong, it is good food, but if you are looking for a lot of food for a decent price look somewhere else. Trend seems to be the wait staff are friendly to locals but we found them somewhat cold to out of towners.
