On par with most Mexican restaurants in this area.. I decided to eat here for the first time last Friday, August 15th. I ordered the chicken fajitas.Chips and hot sauce-chips were nothing special but the hot sauce was good.Chicken fajitas- Nothing special. I’d put them on the same level as Nicky’s, Trejo’s and El Chicos. Service- Good service. I’ll try it again a few more times and try some other items on the menu.
The Pork Chili Verde is to Die For!. We’ve been here 3 times now. I have to admit I’ve gotten the Pork Chili Verde every single time. I can’t get enough of it.My family has tried various of the enchiladas, with varying success. Some they’ve liked, some they haven’t. Like any new restaurant, it’ll take us a while to figure out what’s good on the menu, and what we can pass up. But until then, I’ll just keep getting the Chili Verde and be very happy!Service is good, very friendly. Portions are big, and the prices are reasonable.
Food was pretty good and man… There was a lot of it. You really do get your money’s worth here. Service was a bit slow, not terrible but not fast (it was pretty crowded when I was there, though). Overall it was a good experience and I’ll be back.
Great place for authentic Mexican cuisine!!!. Both the food and service are always fantastic. With the exception of just a couple of Mexican restaurants I have yet to visit, this one has proven to be the best. I’ve dined there on several occasions and often send friends and acquaintances their way.
I enjoy Jimador better than the other Mexican Restaurants.
The food is very good but the service is horrible. My boyfriend and I eat there at least once a week since they opened and they only have gotten our order right twice. If the food wasn’t so good we would never go back. Its the only Mexican food on that side of town worth eating just wish they would get it together. We called in a order tonight and they lost our ticket when we got there.
Great Restaurant. My husband and I have been there about 4 times now. They have very good prices and food. There was some confusion on the prices from the bar, but guess they will get a handle on that. We thoroughly enjoyed our food, and took our son and his girl friend, and they both praised the food. I agree with the one reviewer who talked about the meat with the nachos. I ordered the beef nachos, and wasn’t real fond of the seasoning that was used. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
