Nice place. The new location is very pretty. I like the small grocery area and it smelled wonderful when i walked in. It was a little confusing because there was no sign that told you whether to seat yourself or wait to be seated. No server looked concerned when i just stood there so i just sat down. I looked over the menu on the table and chose what i wanted. 15 mins went by before i got eye contact from an employee. I asked if it was ok that i just sat down and he was very nice and immediately started making things right and got my drink. Our waitress then came and introduced herself and as very helpful with the menu. I loved my chicken caesar salad and my boyfriend really enjoyed his spring salad with chicken and avocado. He tried both the Fairfield Vinaigrette and the Lime Ranch and loved them both. The inly complaint we may have is the tiny amount of chicken you get if you order chicken as a topping. Overall we had a good experience and will be back again. Perhaps we’ll try the brisket next time 🙂
Horrible service. The food was OK. The service was horrible. We waited over an hour for our food. The waitress told us four times it should be coming out. She delivered one plate then we waited another 20 minutes for the other two. Once she saw that we were a little upset, she offered to compensate our wait with an oatmeal cookie! We declined. The lady at the register could not understand that I wanted to split the ticket up between two people. I finally told her I just wanted to leave because I was tired of waiting for over an hour for service. All she could say was I’m sorry. Oh she did compensate me .06 because I had to get my coin purse out!!! I just felt they could have done a lot better with service! Yes it was my fault for not leaving sooner but I had a child and a handicapped person with me. It is not that easy and I am not one to make a scene.
