Fat Calf Boucherie is a former food truck turned gastropub inside Red River Brewing Company. The menu has everything from burgers, sandwiches and steak to small plates and shareable items. Our beef and pork are sourced from local farms and our most of our bread is handmade by a local baker. We are a family friendly establishment with games and areas for kids to play.
