The best. The greatest drinks. The old fashioned is to die for. All their drinks are so good and solid. Unlike a lot of places that give you an eighth of an inch of booze per drink. The prices are high for their hand crafted drinks but oh boy are they worth it.Their Fig and Pig pizza is to die for. Their fried oyster salad is so good it is unreal. Their drizzle on the oysters is just unreal. So good. I cannot even begin to imagine what is in the drizzle. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Yum. A delicious meal in itself. Can hardly wait to go back.We love the patio the best and it is nice an fun and comfortable for at least 8 months out of the year. The inside too noisy for us so we just do not go if we cannot sit outside. Inside just gets so crowded and loud and sounds seem to bounce off the walls and whatever. Cannot just have a nice intimate meal. On patio you can even when it is full up.The pasta dishes are also excellent. Love them. And you can have a different pasta with whatever sauce, or etc. that you select. I like linguini, but it is all good.Have not tried the steak but daughter-in-law did and just loved it. Course she is a steak person. All in all it is high, but so good and so worth it that we go every chance we get. One of our favorite places to eat in Shreveport. Just the greatest all around. And the servers and servers are superb. Friendly, never rushed, take time to explain different menu selections and act like they have known you forever. I just love the place. Can’t you tell that. And soon as the weather breaks we will be going back. Probably this coming week. Hope to see you all then. You will love it.See ya there!
Excellent food. Excellent service. Very clean with a somewhat sheik ambiance. Dim lighting at night for less than desirable dates. What more do you want?
This place has the best pizza in Shreveport and Bossier city. I haven’t really tried any of their other food but I am a true fan of this place. I have even bout a shirt from there and where it.
Frank’s pizzas are creative and unique. Something you really have to make an effort to find in SB area. I have eaten most of their pizzas, some better than others, but all in all nothing that I absolutely wouldn’t order again. Their seasonal pizzas are always on point. The only reason I can’t give them a 5.0 is they get a little heavy handed with the garlic and olive oil sometimes. I guess you could tell them to not add as much when you order. Great atmosphere, friendly waitstaff.
Love this place. Especially for Monday’s on Keep the Pint Night where you buy a beer and keep the pint glass. The Big Hurt is a solid go to for pizza.
Amazing food!!! Great service, pricey but so worth it! They import the flour from Italy to make the pizza dough, and you can taste the difference! The apps are to die for and everything is always fresh! Love this place! Great for a date night.
Disappointing Service. We went to Frank’s last night for the first time. We ordered beer, two pizzas, and the polenta with meatballs. The pizzas were wonderful. The polenta with meatballs was a little underwhelming. There were several other choices on the menu that looked great, and I was looking forward to coming back to try them, BUT our server was less than stellar, to say the least, and I’m a little less excited about returning to Frank’s than I was when I sat down and started to look over the menu. He seemed less than knowledgeable about the beers that they had on tap (there are only 10, so really not too many to remember), and stumbled with their names and descriptions. The most disappointing part was that, while he reminded us 3 times that of we wanted more drinks that we needed to order them before 9, he failed to ask if we wanted any more food, and when we went to order dessert (which I was looking forward to throughout the whole meal!), we were told that we couldn’t get any (their kitchen is apparently REALLY serious about closing at 9). Also, when we left, most of the chairs were on tables and they were cleaning up in the restaurant. We were definitely not the last to leave, either. Kind of tacky, if you ask me.
