I have never had a bad experience here until my visit on 12/08/2018. We were told at 9:00 PM. It was closing time and that we would need to leave now. There were two other families dinning there who were told to leave as well. I understand that people want to go home when its closing time. But it seems unprofessional to not give a few minutes to finish eating and leave.
Great Atmosphere, Fair Yogurt, Poor Coffee. This place has a lot of potential, great area, nice plaza, plenty of parking and a clean and well done interior. The self sever yogurt concept isn’t new, serval chains in the area use this concept. Sounds good, build your own your way but the quality of the yogurt must be good, it’s only fair, and the toppings must be fresh, they are not. The containers of toppings are not air tight, that spells disaster in our humid climate. No fresh fruit keeps them from truly competing with Counter Culture. The biggest negative is the coffee. It’s Carabou, a chain like Starbucks but this is a machine dispensed coffee, no barista required. Kind of like a modern version of the cafeteria coin-op coffee machine, just this one does lattes… Sort of. I hope the owners keep improving, traffic will increase as the new Kroger plaza is built nearby. With the upscale neighborhoods close by they could really succeed if they up their game!
Good, but watch the scale…. This is a self-service frozen yogurt shop. There are about 12 different flavors of yogurt and some of the flavors are unique (e.g., wedding cake, peanut butter, candy cane). There is a HUGE selection of toppings and mix-ins. The quality and diversity is excellent. The cost is based on weight, and I’ve found it adds up quickly. I typically get the children’s container and exercise restraint, but my order always costs more than I expect it to (usually between $4 and $5).
Awesome family friendly atmosphere. Tons of flavors and toppings. Delicious, and easy on the wallet
