Don’t be fooled by these fake positive reviews left by their friends and family. I just left there and my experience was so bad I called the police. The nastiest, racist restaurant that I’ve ever been to. Roaches and rats were crawling around and the manager called me a racist word simply because I complained about the taste of the food. They also have a no refund no exchange policy. So they think they can give you extra small portion sizes and you will not receive a refund or an exchange. It is the worst Chinese restaurant in the city. Do not eat here….
Lunch. Ate at Great Wall this past Tuesday. I had the Kung Pao chicken with rice. Overall the food is decent, nothing to rave over. Their soups (in my opinion) are the best thing they have. I believe they are all made from scratch each day. The service wasn’t that great. We may have had a new employee serving us. I asked her twice for refills on our free appetizer they bring out. She never got around to that. Had a few issues with drink refills as well. I’ll go back because the prices are inline with the type food you’re getting. Again, it’s nothing gourmet but for the price it’s a good spot.
