BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst place in Shreveport ! They ask how you want your burger made and they do the exact opposite. After sitting in a drive thru for +20 min and still getting the wrong food everytime i go there I give griffs the biggest thumbs down ever !
One of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere makes me feel as if I’ve gone backward in time. Great experience at a great price!
Quallity gone… Price up and quality gone lettuce is a fingerful if that and tomato so thin its transparent my fried mushrooms were about 6 in the container little bitty ones.. after all theses years. griffs you lost a customer.. sure i am just one person but i have a lot of friends,,

Griff’s was more popular years ago. Burgers are great and good diversion from the top chains.

This is husband’s favorite fast food place of all! I’m not so sure about it but fries are good.
