Good, for a Hooters. Place has a good staff and management. Food is always right (I’ve never gotten anything else but wings, so I wouldn’t know about anything else). Service is punctual and good enough.The only complaint is that there always seems to be some off-the-clock employees hanging out in the kitchen area jawing with the staff. The last time, some guy was up there distracting both the wait staff and kitchen staff. In addition to hearing him constantly run his mouth, he slowed everyone down from doing their job.
Overall great experience. Wings were good. Margaritas were awesome. Great service from Carrie. My husband and I will definitely be coming back.
I can’t believe I even expected good food…. I ordered a shrimp and spinach salad. Its advertises Cajun shrimp, Blue cheese crumbles and crispy bacon on a bed of spinach and tossed in a balsamic vinegrett dressing. Shrimp bacon and spinach were ok. There ws almost no blue cheese and no dressing when i asked for more they brought out some kinda vinegret. Not a balsamic vinegret and it was pretty lame. I said something to the waitress and the manager and both just appologized. WOW ok done with that place.
Average Hooters. It’s a Hooters – so everyone knows why you are there. It’s a sports bar with beer, chicken wings (and other bar food), as well as plenty of eye candy for your visual enjoyment. I would not rate the wings as Shreveport’s best (not that they were bad), and the girls weren’t as stunning and as friendly as I would have expected. The location is nice – everything else is pretty average.
The scenery might be reason enough for some to visit, but our food was pretty lousy. The food was cold, salad was floppy, and staff seemed preoccupied.
Great service and the fried pickles were excellent. Not the best hooters I’ve been too since I’m from near Clearwater Florida where the original is but was a good pitstop for a beer and snack.
