The sushi, and especially the bento boxes are delicious. It’s a great place for a quick lunch, and in a convenient location. It’s quick service. My only complaint is it seems a little grubby and run down inside.
This place is by far one of my favorite spots for gatherings with my friends. As a college student with a low budget this place offers quality food for a low price and that is one of many reasons why I enjoy coming here so often.
My Daughter and I love eating at the Ichiban Japanese in Bossier. Good food and always great service. Always clean. Ichiban Japanese The lunch time us the best time to go there for the great prices. Dinner prices are a bit high. The soup is good, I love the rice favor and most of all big shrimp.
This restaurant is strange. It’s s pretty big place, and somewhat dirty and grimy.The lunch bento box was generously portioned but the quality was underwhelming. Greasy fried rice, sickly sweet teriyaki, and a bizarre pineapple mayonnaise dressing on the salad. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Poor customer service… how can an establishment be so rude to not answer the phone while they are still open? I started calling at 945 the website said open til 1030 and when I get no answer I proceed to drive there while continually calling with no answer. I get there and a server outside tells me they close at 950 so why couldn’t someone at least pick up and say that? Change your times on the website and hire better staff!!!! Love the food but am so mad I will find somewhere else to go for a while!!!!
