Never Again. We order here at least once a week because it’s the only place that delivers. We’ve had multiple problems, and the only thing I can say on why we continue to order from here is because it’s the only place that would deliver to our neighborhood. We’ve had everything from the wrong pizza delivered to forgetting the extra pizza sauce that we PAID for. The worst experience was when we ordered extra sausage and extra sauce on the pizza. The amount of sausage on a large pizza looked like what you would expect on a small pizza. There was hardly any cheese on the pizza, but the made sure to include the extra sauce. The pizza slices were cut so large that we only had a few slices only a large pizza. We ended up using our own pizza cutter to cut smaller slices. Basically, this location is poorly managed. There’s no consistency. The only reason I think it manages to stay open is because it’s the only place that will deliver to a lot of the neighborhoods in south Shreveport. Well, they made their last delivery to my house. I will not pay for mediocre food and service anymore.
Go out of business. The order was delivered to our hotel an hour after I called. Pizza crust was soggy from the late delivery, the wings would have been better if I purchased them from the frozen food section and nuked them…… The young lady who took the order was sweet and helpful, the delivery guy was another story…….not sure if he really cared about anythingDo your self a favor, don’t bother!
I would rather starve…. …than order from Johnny’s again… in fact, if you do, you will! I buy a pizza per week, and Johnny’s is my favorite, but I can’t take their terrible service anymore! 70% of the times I ordered it arrived over 1 hour late and cold, the rest of the time it didn’t arrive at all. Its pizza people, not rocket science! Get a grip!! P.S. Does the health department ever pay a visit to that establishment? That place is so filthy, How are they still in business?
Horrible service. After calling in an order for the third time and then showing up 45-55 minutes later to find that no pizza had been made, I will no longer support this business. Neither will my son, daughter, neighbor and their families. There are other pizza places that will at least get your order prepared. Johnny’s has a record of my order, they charge you for it when you show up but, the order has never been made. To the manager’s credit, he refunded my money when I asked for it. There are too many other pizza places that know how to take care of customers. Go out of business johney’s.
Visitor. Absolutely terrible! Do not eat here. What they serve is not pizza.
Perfect for LSUS lunch break. If you’ve got about 45 minutes between classes, this place is fast and easy and cheap for lots of food. They do the lunch buffet thing, so the food’s already hot and ready for you with no wait. If the buffet is lookin a little empty, just ask when the next pizza’s coming up because they’re always refreshing them with various topping combinations. Two people and two drinks was $16. Great place for lunch.Yeah the atmosphere’s not that great. It’s a Johnny’s. The lady that was working is so nice!
A neighborhood favorite. Like it, love it, and gotta have it. Lunch time buffets have the best selection and the most pizza ready to eat. Rarely do you have to wait for pizza to come out. Delivery pizza is just plain unique. The Sweep The Swamp pizza just nails hunger on the wall and laughs at it. Dang, now I want some Johnny’s….
