Outstanding team who will wait on you hand and foot!
Generally, we love McAllister’s. This one is severely lacking, however. We went one day during the week for lunch. An hour later, we still didn’t have our food (one grilled chicken spud). We tried to talk to a manager to see if we could get it to go, but the only person who would speak with us basically told us to suck it up. We left without food or a refund. For some reason (maybe enough time had passed to make us forget how pissed we were about our previous visit), we decided to try it again. We went on a Sunday around 1. The house was moderately filled and we ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken spud. Our order arrived 30-35 minutes later and was cold. Very disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this location.
