The food that we have gotten here is usually good (sometimes dry) but the service is down right horrible. They never answer the phone and the last 2 times I called when they actually did answer the phone they immediately hung the phone back up on me. Not to add that they take forever to make any order, waited 20 minutes alone in the drive through line for 2 sandwiches and beans and they quite literally threw the food at us when they finally finished it and then an employee caught and additude when I went back inside to ask for some more BBQ sauce (that I had no problem with paying extra for. The employee caught an additude thinking I wanted all the BBQ sauce they had for free. He finally gave or rather threw 2 small containers of sauce at me when I asked if there was a manager there). I have been to other much better locations of this chain and the service of this one is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The only reason this gets a 2 is because the food is good most the times I have been there.
