We have eaten at Podnuhs for the last time. Their beans have gone from the best ever to unedible. Their potato salad is like chilled mashed potatoes with no onion or mayo or anything in them. All other sides are canned and heated. The buns for the sandwiches are all dried out as if they have been left opened up all day. Brisket dry, turky like out of a deli, ham ok, sausage so greasy and fatty you cannot eat it. Ribs are the only thing left that are still good. I do not know what has happened, but is it sad. The people are nice and helpful and friendly, but it is a sorry excuse for barbq in any state. Do not know how they are still open. Will be surprized if they make it another year. If they would taste their food every now and then it might make a difference, but I will guess they don’t. And the barbq sauce is a joke. It has no flavor, no sweet and hot, nothing. Just awful. We will watch the place as we drive past it and it will be interesting to see how long they remain. It is sad because they were once sooooo good. However, things do change.
