The crawfish are decent here better than any I have tried in Shreveport so far not close to Crawfish Hole in Minden and no comparison to the ones down…

I’ve been here a few times with different people because I actually thought it was me and for some reason our Pastor was encouraging people to go….. Don’t waste your money…. I’ve been to the one in Shreveport and Bossier. .. Three times in Shreveport ..no better. .Prices are way to high for quality of food.. I would have been more satisfied at Burger King. … honestly! !!!
Well, not what we expected.JG score of 3/10 this visit anyway (+1 only for food, 0 for atmosphere, +1 for price, +1 for Diet Dr Pepper, 0 for typical service and 0 for we won’t return)The food was okay only. We tried several things. The best of it was the catfish which was good, the Shane’s sauce which was tasty and the jalapeno cheese bread option for the burger which was also good. Now, the bad we had were the boudin which might be the worst we have had and, sad to say, not as good as many East Texas places(?)…… Also bad was the seafood gumbo which reminded us more of Beenie Weenies with its sausage chunks than anything seafood with its scarce shrimp. Also, the burger meat was oddly smooth throughout and into it and looked like a remarkable specimen of a frozen patty. Now the average items were the French fries, the chicken sausage gumbo and the crawfish Etouffee. Overall, this was an okay meal.The atmosphere was fine. Nice soft benches inside.One person can easily eat for $15 or less.They do have fountain Diet Dr Pepper.The service was just typical.We probably won’t go back….it was okay and really not bad just not standout.
