Overall a nice dinner. We took our son & daughter-in-law and 2 of our grandchildren on a Sunday evening. You could tell our cook was fairly new because he fumbled quite a bit but the kids still loved watching him. Really the only negative on this visit was dessert. We ordered 3 ice creams and they were horrid. They tasted like Great Value or low grade Hi-Top. Not much flavor & bad consistency. While overall a good experience, we don’t recommend the desserts.

The food and chef were awesome! I came for my cousins bday party & the Taylor lautner look alike was awesomeBut the pontytail guy was rude as could be. I gave him over gratuity and some was dollar bills and some change because that’s all I had & I said sorry about dollars & quarters & he came back & told me I left loose change !!! I’m in the restaurant business & my manager would fire me in a minute !!! But great job from everyone else !!

Not as good as the bossier one but the sushi chef is way sweeter and makes better sushi. The hibachi experience is different because they have their own style here. Service was not their strong suit. I prefer bossier

Worst Experience Ever. I have never left a restaurant and felt like I have been robbed. Shogun changed that today. I was picking up a to-go order. Simple enough! Upon arriving I was directed to the bar to pay and pick up my food. Wow! My shoes were sticking to the carpet. How disgusting?!? Cleanliness is not a priority at this restaurant. The bartender (the owner) tells me my total. I have eaten here before because my wife likes this place. Never again! The owner tries to overcharge me. I tell her my order and she just throws out a random number. I give her a crazy look because I know the total and it was $10 more than it was supposed to be so she calculates my bill and gives me my new total. Let me add that she figured my bill on a calculator not the register. Tax evasion? She claimed that she was busy. Good excuse. I ordered extra fried rice but I didn’t receive it. I checked my order at the bar and inquiried about it. She stated that it was with my entree. I was shocked and juat left hoping she was correct. She wasn’t. The owner has no concern for customer satisfaction. She couldn’t be bothered to check my order for accuracy instead fed me a line of lies but she made sure to charge me for it. While at the bar I saw the smallest glass of wine poured in my life so beware because they aren’t just screwing me this is obviously company policy. The food was nothing spectacular and the experience with the owner was inexcusable so needless to say I will not be back.
