  I don’t know why people put such high standards on Chinese buffet food. This isn’t Casino buffet quality, but for the money this place is a great value. Huge selection, really too much of a selection. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to try it. I agree with the others that the food isn’t piping hot which I would prefer but it isn’t room temperature either. All in all a good dining experience with attentive staff.

  I live in north Bossier City, so not anywhere near Sumo, but I do not let that stop me! Sumo is the best chinese food in the entire area. Their sushi is awesome, their hibachi rice is freaking delicious. Steamed dumplings, sesame chicken, fried chicken wings, lo mein, everything is soooo good. Seriously the best chinese buffet in town, if I could rate it higher, I would.

  Average Joes. Not looking for a great meal? This is the place for good but not great chinese buffet. The sushi is Okay but it too is not great. Wait staff kept the glasses full and the dirty plates removed. Some foods had sat too long on the line while others were replenished often. The family and I have been there a couple of times. The foods are not standard. Each time we went the frog legs changed. The stuffed or grilled peppers were not the same either. Once again not a bad buffet, just not great either.
