Good food and atmosphere. When I walked into the casino the noise from a lounge area close to the front door of the restaurant was unsettling. However, once you go into the restaurant itself, you did not hear the outside noise much, if at all. I ate at William B’s for a business celebration and enjoyed the atmosphere and especially our waitress who had a very french accent. She was very personable and made the wait for our food seem shorter than it really was. I ate the grilled chicken carbonara and thought it was excellent. Others ate the Atlantic Salmon, Gulf Coast fried shrimp and the prime rib. Everyone thought the food was tasty judging by the empty plates!
