The atmosphere was upscale and the service was decent. The food was extremely disappointing and didn’t warrant the price. When I recieved my food it was cold. Rice was unseasoned and bland. Seabass was nothing I couldn’t do at home. Restaurant has potential but the food needs some serious work.
