No better than the standard chain breakfast places. I don’t expect good biscuits and gravy at chains, but I do expect it to be very good in a southern diner. This was a huge disappointment and I’m still hungry. Not even worth eating.
Good burger. Stopped to get a burger was treated to a great surprise the young lady that waited on me was so kind and courteous that it made my day the burger was great also Thanks Katie you made my day
Great food, fast service. Had a very good chicken fried steak dinner. Onion rings were great. Teresa is a great server. I made a pip out of myself and even got a shake. Everything was great. Teresa is a doll.
Sad story. I’ve been to this restaurant quite a few times and ive never had any problems. There was one incident that I did find quite disturbing. A lady by the name of Ms Shelia, who appeared to be the shift manager, was not acting like a manager. She was extremely rude to her employees as well as some customers who insisted on not sitting in her section, she didn’t take too kindly to that. Once she sat them where they requested to sit i then saw her walk to the window of the kitchen and immediately talking unkindly words about these people to the kitchen staff. I found this very unprofessional and I don’t think I will be returning to this restaurant again. I’ve never owned a business before but I garantee that’s not how you run a good business. If I ever decide to return here it will not be served by this woman. I’ve never had to write a bad review about one of my favorite restaurants, but this is a problem that I’ve noticed has been going on for years. I am deeply sorry to say this diner has taken a drastic downfall this year and I will never recommend it to anyone.
Service always friendly & Fast. Terrific Food with Ample portions. Love the breakfast menu which is served 24 hours/a day. Highly recommend!
Masterpiece milkshakes. I will go there everyday just to get an ultimate milkshake. Very fresh REAL ice cream. And they spare no expense when it comes to portions, those milkshakes are huge! Definitely worth it.
Breakfast at The Big Greasy Diner. Had an omelette with hash browns which seemed pretty basic. The omelette was edible but really nothing special. The hash brows had no brown to them i.e. undercooked and loaded with discussing flavored grease. Waitress took them back for an oil drain which didn’t work and then she just took them away because you could smell the nasty grease. This was at the beginning of the meal which kind of ruins the appetite. I was disappointed that my bill was not reduced and didn’t really need to be told how bad the cook was. Everyone can have a bad day but they seem to consistently underperform. Ordered the same meal at S&H Good Eats today and there was no comparison in the quality of the food. S&H Good Eats tasted fantastic and would rate 5-stars compared to a 2-star for The Big Greasy!!!!! Never Again….
