Overall good experience. The artichoke dip was at best average. The brisket burger was very tasty and the shoestring fries were done just right. Plenty of options on menu.
Good variety of draft beer, atmosphere, disappointed in ribs, very little meat and too much sauce, slaw had no siracha. My suggestion to large chains is shrink the menu some and concentrate on some awesome items. Too much selection breeds mediocre food.
Great food but the service was haphazard and not very caring about their job.
The chicken tortilla soup is the best soup. Creamy, with no beans. The broc n cheese soup is more thin & not as cheesy as I prefer, but still good. The basil-mozzarella-tomato salad is like no other, it has a red onion dressing over top that is slightly sweet & salty. Don’t be ashamed to lick the plate!
The service here is and is always EXCELLENT, even on busy nights!!! The food is and has always been EXCEPTIONAL, EXTREMELY FRESH & QUITE FLAVORFULLY DELICIOUS!!! My whole family loves this place! We have never been disappointed in the food, friendliness or cleanliness of the restaurant!!!!! My favorite server/waiter is DANTE B (#298)! He is always quite informative, polite, very helpful, quick & efficient!!!!
Sad, Sad, Sad. We eat at BJ’s in Baton Rouge often and it’s always great. Don’t know what happened here. The service was terrible. Server got the drinks wrong. Took them 35 minutes to get them straight. By the time we got new drinks we were finished our meal. Not sure who was cooking in the kitchen but it certainly was not someone trained to cook. The eggs rolls were burned so bad they were inedible. You could not cut them and the avocado inside was black. Edges of the flatbread were burned so bad it hurt your teeth to take a bite. I would be ashamed to say that I worked at this BJ’s location. The General Manager was pretty much useless. Close the doors and retrain everyone. This is not the BJ’s brand.
Love it!. Great family place and the food is awesome. The deep dish pizza is a must try and the dessert is amazing also. Our waitress was the best. My new favorite spot to dine!
