Caught them while they were in Slidell for a parade, but I think they usually lurk around Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. Taco was decent; cheap and seemed fresh, though I felt it would’ve been improved by some sort of sauce. Most impressive to me was the range of prices their menu covered. Most food trucks’ menu items are in the $7-10 range, but this truck had a couple of options for $6 and under.
