Didn’t have a pleasurable time, my waitress wasn’t good at all and all of our food came out cold! We drove over an hour to get there. Barbecue sucks, I will never go back there.
Best Breakfast in Town. I don’t eat out for breakfast a lot but when I do – I go to LA Pines. The food is great and the service friendly and efficient. The home fries are really good. The weekend breakfast menu is awesome – you should definitely try the Cajun Eggs Benedict at least once before you die. My wife loves the hashbrown casserole and the Mexican omelette.

Service has always been fast and friendly. Wish the weekend breakfast menu was every day. Still enjoy the regular menu as well though. Pancakes are a must for a regular weekday. Love the filet on the weekend. Excellent flavor. Parking could be better though.
Are there a while back and breakfast was not so good. Kinda dirty little place too much stuff laying around not being wiped down or dusted. Will not go back for a while if I ever do.
My husband and I ate here a couple of days ago. This was by far the absolute worst meal EVER!!!!! My husband is a gumbo officianado. Their idea of gumbo comes out of a can and was heated in the microwave. We watched her do this!It still came to the table cold!!! REAL gumbo is an orange-brown color. This mess was yellow!!!!! I ordered the shrimp and fish. The shrimp were NOT gulf shrimp as advertised and were soggy. As for the fish, the batter had separated from the fish and the fish was slimy. When the waitress took our plates away virtually untouched, you would think someone would have asked if there was a problem. They didn’t, however, they had no problem whatsoever taking our money. Guy Fieri was obviously served EXTREMELY higher quality food than we were!!!
Little taste of perfect!. My family and I stopped at LA Pines on our way back from Florida. Thank goodness for the app for shows that have been on Food TV. After a recommendation from Guy Fieri…we had the best bread pudding of our lives! It would make Paula Deen cry it was so delicious! But please make sure to eat something else while you are there like the Smoked Ribeye sandwich or the Cuban! The employees were welcoming and attentive which only added to the awesome experience! We will definitely stop here again in the future 🙂
