Best King Cakes in Slidell! Super moist… The only place I go to buy a KingCake. They are a little too sweet for my personal taste, but everybody loves them! Great packaging too.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this bakery… The worst I mean absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I ordered a King cake to be shipped to California with the arrival date of January 22. I called the bakery right after placing the order online, and asked that they leave a note on the shipping to please leave the King cake at the front leasing office of the apartment, as no one would be home to accept the package. They told me it would be $12 to simply add a note. You’re kidding right?! They said it was already processed. So that means your sending a king cake a week out? How old is this thing I’m going to be eating? I just can’t believe this to be the truth. That being said, I would like to think my cake hadn’t even been made yet and the order wasn’t actually processed. So I asked to cancel my order. They told me it would be $10 to cancel. Can we say extortion? I was appalled. Absolutely awful customer service. Never again. They can keep their king cake.
Best King Cakes around. I’m a local NOLA gal, and I have tried numerous king cakes from different bakeries. Randazzo’s Camellia City bakery definitely has the BEST one around!!! My fav is the Cream Cheese/ Pecan Praline mix…it makes my mouth water just thinking about it! They also have the nicest customer service!
