Horrible. If you like slimy onions and rotten mushrooms on your salad bar then this is your place. Service is terrible as well. trying to understand why they are still open.
The only good thing about this place is I can have three alcoholic beverages before I get my food, and so I can tolerate my server, who obviously doesn’t want to be here.

Wow…is all I can say! Never again.the absolute worst place to dine in slidell. My boyfriend n I have been here about 7 times bc we like the salad bar and other ruby Tuesdays that we have been to so we try n give this place one more shot each time but its getting worse n we r done. Where do I start? First of all, the much rooms on the salad bar r always slimy n bad. The service is horrible! They r obviously under staffed bc it takes forever to get a drink n the servers r always apologizing n in a rush. The food is bland n not worth what u pay. Today I ordered the ruby sliders. They were a joke. Dry and defiantly not fresh with dry cheese that was hardly on the burger. Seriously ruby Tuesday? Ur a huge franchise that charges pretty high prices so u better deliver n make it worth it. I should have gone 2 shoneys bc it’s much better. Our table was filthy with food crumbs all over it. this is not a one time experience its every time i try n give it a second shot.After the waitress rushed us to order n started taking my boyfriends order while I was still talking we noticed a sign on the table that said if ur server forgets to tell u about our shrimp fondue it’s free. Of course she didn’t have time to do so bc she had so many tables n not enough help. I don’t blame her. It’s managment. She brought us biscuits that were so small n dry…. Gross! Also, I noticed after I already ordered that there was a mother sign on the table that said that as a valentines day special u can order a lobster tail or crab cake to your meal for only $5.00 …wish I would have known that. It’s really ashame bc I worked at a ruby Tuesday in Alabama n it was so good. Great service and never rotten mushrooms on the salad bar. This ruby Tuesday is a joke n if I were u I would save my money n go 2 McDonald’s !!!!
Total fail. Didn’t have …. Total fail. Didn’t have the first 3 items i ordered, including the chefs sirloin. Finally got the $14 top sirloin and it was a measly little thing, supposedly 9oz. Unfortunately, it was very rare and i had ordered med rare. Snap peas were cold and didn’t even give me fresh cooked veg when they re- grilled my steak. My partner ordered a fish taco and it was dry and overdone with sauce, so unable to taste the fish. Guacamole was good though. Turns out that the sweet potato fries i got because my first choice sides were unavailable cost me an extra buck.
Never again. This Slidell location is 2 for 2 for substandard service. Food is not bad, but if you don’t mind waiting 30 min for drinks or maby getting your appetizer 10 min after after your main course arrives. Go ahead.
Decent.. Much better than applebee’s and tgi friday’s. my #1 spot for a meal off the interstate when traveling.
