Great food, great service. Had breakfast there Easter Sunday morning. Food was fresh and hot, prices very reasonable. We visit friends on Tickfaw 2 or 3 times a month and I find it is much easier to head to Navarre’s for breakfast than having the hassle of cooking for all the different tastes. We walk in Navarre’s, each place our own order and then sit and enjoy the company over great food, hot coffee and have no mess, no fuss. Then we can head back to the camp and get on the boat for some fun on the water! I recommend to everyone. (By the way, the first I tasted of their donuts was after church one Sunday – that sold me on trying the rest of the items at Navarre’s)
Kingcake. I had my 1st King cake from Navarre’s today, and had to find a site so that I could say how great this cake is. Being from Louisiana there are many places that we can purchase King Cakes, and I have purchased and tasted several from all different kind of places and I just want to say this is truly the BEST King Cake I have ever eaten. Every place you buy one at will advertise that their’s is the best, but this man has every reason to brag. It is the best I have ever eaten.

Awesome King Cakes. Mr. Ernie makes the best king cakes around. I live north of Amite and drive down to Springfield every Mardi Gras season for one of his king cakes.
